1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Our platform allows couples/friends to create a personalized page by filling out a form with their name, date the relationship began, a personalized message and up to 3 photos. After filling it out, the couple/friends is directed to the checkout and, upon completing the payment, receives a link with a QR Code via email.

3. Registration and Security

To use the service, you must provide a valid email address. We will not share your email with third parties.

4. Privacy

We respect your privacy. We do not use your data for any type of processing or sale of data to third parties. The registered email is only used to send the link to the personalized page.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you post on the platform, including photos, messages, and relationship information. We are not responsible for any inappropriate or illegal content uploaded by users.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed through Razorpay. Upon completion of payment, the couple will receive a link to their personalized page via email. We do not offer refunds except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.

7. Modifications to the Service

We are committed to keeping the service active and available for the contracted period, according to the chosen plan (1 month for flex plan, 1 year for showcase plan or lifetime for the preserve plan). However, in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as legal, technical or financial issues, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service. If it is necessary to discontinue the service, we will take all possible measures to notify users in advance and ensure the preservation of the pages or offer alternative solutions whenever possible. CountingUS is not responsible for any losses arising from modifications or discontinuation in extraordinary situations, but we will do our best to minimize the impact.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do so, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically to stay informed of any changes.
